Hand Deburr Tool

These hand deburring tools were designed and produced as part of our in-house toolmaking practice. Both tools feature steel handles with fluted profiles to improve grip and control during precision work. A knurled brass accent ring provides subtle contrast and additional grip.

Each tool is fitted with a carbide cutting tool selected for edge retention and consistent performance on a range of materials, including hardwoods, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The cutting geometries are intended for controlled material removal, allowing burrs and sharp edges to be cleaned without damaging surrounding surfaces.

These tools demonstrate our approach to designing purpose built hand tools that prioritize function and longevity while providing an outlet for creative expression.
